- Five-acre community park, also known as Mitchell Park or the Wilson Property, located on the north side of Crystal Lake near the marina.
- The area has shoreline access for swimming, and provides for launching of canoes, kayaks, and light boats (road-end within frontage).
- Ample off-road parking across Crystal Drive. Snowmobile and ice-fishing access to Crystal Lake in the winter.

- Railroad Point Natural Area (Benzie County)
- 66 acres of wooded steep bluffs and hills on Railroad Point, with a nature trail, 2700 feet of frontage on Crystal Lake and the Betsie Valley Trail, and a parking area off of Mollineaux Road at the south end of the parcel.
- Included in the management of Railroad Point is the Benzie County Crystal Lake Park (See No. 28) which is owned by the Benzie County Road Commission and leased to the Benzie County Board of Commissioners for park purposes only and which is managed as a part of the Railroad Point Natural Area as a part of the long-range plan.
- A non-motorized trail provides access from the Railroad Point Natural Area to the Benzie County Crystal Lake Park.

- 320 feet of Crystal Lake Frontage, 13 acres of hilly and wooded land area, surrounded with no development.
- Owned by the Benzie County Road Commission and leased to the Benzie County Board of Commissioners, it was deeded to the County with restrictions that it be used for park purposes only.
- It is managed as a natural area in conjunction with the Railroad Point Natural Area (See No. 23) and is accessed by a non-motorized trail from the Railroad Point Natural Area.
