Web Page Sponsorship Application Form

The Benzie County Parks and Recreation department is offering individuals, organizations and businesses the opportunity to sponsor one or more pages on the Parks and Recreation website. Sponsors can have one or more banner advertisements posted on the pages within the website.  An example of a sponsorship banner, can be found at the bottom of this web page.

Terms are as follows.

1. Banners are placed for a 12 month period.
2. Cost per banner is $50.00 per year.  There is no limit to the number of pages that can be sponsored. Copy changes during the term of placement will cost $25.00.
3. Sponsorship banners are placed at random on the website. Special page positioning cannot be guaranteed.
4. To place a Sponsorship Banner print the attached PDF form and enclose a check for each Banner placed. For example: One Banner = $50, Two Banners = $100, Three Banners = $150 etc.
